Jet Grouting Technology for Ground Improvement

Digital Survey & GIS Services (DSGS) has extensive experience in applying Jet Grouting Technology for advanced ground improvement and foundation rehabilitation projects in Bangladesh. Jet grouting is a specialized geotechnical technique that injects high-pressure cement slurry into the ground to break up and mix in-situ soil, creating high-strength soil-cement columns. This method significantly enhances the engineering properties of weak soils by increasing bearing capacity, reducing settlement, improving stiffness, minimizing permeability, and strengthening existing foundations without major excavation.

DSGS has successfully implemented jet grouting solutions for the rehabilitation and strengthening of industrial and commercial structures where conventional foundation solutions were either impractical or uneconomical. The technology has been particularly effective in mitigating differential settlement, enhancing pile performance, and stabilizing structures constructed over weak alluvial deposits.

  • Confidential Industrial Projects – Successfully completed several jet grouting assignments for leading garment factories and industrial establishments across Bangladesh. Due to client confidentiality agreements, the names and details of these projects cannot be disclosed.
