To support the development of a proposed 200MW solar power plant in Nhillah Union of Teknaf Upazila, Cox's Bazar district, DSGS has conducted a comprehensive survey that includes a topographic survey, a cross-section survey, and a hydrological analysis. The topographic survey covered an area of around 1000 acres of land, mapping the natural and man-made features of the land, such as contours, elevation, cropping pattern and existing infrastructure. The cross-section survey provided detailed measurements and profiles of the land at different points, which will aid in the construction of the solar power plant.
Additionally, the hydrological analysis focused on studying the water resources and drainage patterns in the area to identify potential risks and opportunities. The survey conducted by DSGS will help in identifying potential challenges and opportunities in the project site, support the development of detailed engineering plans, and ensure the successful implementation of the proposed 200MW solar power plant.
